There are plenty of Palestine-specific sites that could be useful. The American Association for Palestinian Equal Rights http://www.aaper.org/ , for example, has some pretty extensive information on Palestinian right. If Americans Knew http://www.ifamericansknew.org/ is also pretty decent as well, as is the US Campaign to End Israeli Occupation http://www.endtheoccupation.org/.

Electronic Intifadia http://electronicintifada.net/ is good for following currents events out of the Middle East, but might not be a helpful place to start if you are completely new to the conflict.

If you have more time you might want to check out the film Occupation 101 (which can be viewed here http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=K_jvXnPG9Xc) which I think is the best quick introduction to the conflict. Phyllis Bennis's book Understanding the Palestinian-Israeli Conflict: A Primer http://www.powells.com/biblio/1-9781566566858-4 is a god place to start as well.Chip Gibbonshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03537159916587752811noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4059510143188097678.post-74688050202301471392012-07-24T05:33:44.535-04:002012-07-24T05:33:44.535-04:00Where can I find out more about the disparity betw...Where can I find out more about the disparity between Israeli and Palestinian rights?Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
